Hey, I'm Apurv.
Software engineer based in Bangalore, India. Currently building AI-native systems for enterprises at Axiamatic.
I ship products with craft & taste. Got something cool to discuss? let's talk on
Career
Projects
The experiments that graduated: bigger bets, real users, real revenue.
Experiments
Small bets, run in public, usually in a weekend or less.
Principles
Kaizen.
Kaizen (改善) literally means "change for the better" in Japanese, from kai (改, change) and zen (善, good). It is a philosophy of continuous, incremental improvement: not big leaps, just small changes compounded daily. I apply this to code, to products, to fitness, to nutrition, to how I learn. Ship, observe, improve, repeat.
Tamed Generalist.
I started as a specialist, building depth in engineering, especially product engineering. Over time I expanded outward, developing a solid understanding across infra, design, product, and to some extent sales and marketing. The goal was never to be shallow at everything but to let breadth inform the depth. Engineering stays the root, the generalist range keeps it grounded.
The Circle
You're the average of the people you spend the most time with. I take that seriously. This circle shapes how I think, how I live, and who I'm becoming - not just how I build.
